About the property

Villa Eileen is situated in central Costa Teguise, Lanzarote. Villa Eileen is approximately a 5 minute stroll from the town's main beach, Las Cucharas, with its supermarket, bars, shops and restaurants.

The villa has large split-level sun terraces with an 8 x 4 m swimming pool. The patio has a built-in barbecue and an enclosed secure dining area providing a safe environment for the little ones to play.

The villa is on two levels.  On the lower level is the lounge with satellite TV (limited channels), DVD and stereo. There is a fully equipped separate kitchen, off which is a utility room and drying area. There is one double bedroom with two double beds and two twin bedrooms.There are two family bathrooms.

On the upper level is the ensuite master bedroom with doors leading onto its own private sun terrace. There is also a separate TV room.  Patio doors lead onto the balcony and roof terrace.

Smoking is not permitted indoors. Smoking is permitted in patio/balcony areas etc.

All our villas are managed by a resident Property Management Company who will be on hand to answer any queries you may have or provide any necessary assistance.

Fri,Sat and Sun arrivals are visited by the management company on Monday 10am-12 Noon approx.

Mon - thurs arrivals will be visited on the morning after you arrive. 10am-12 Noon approx.
