Villa Eileen is situated in a quiet area of Costa Teguise, Lanzarote, Villa Eileen is only a 10 minute walk from the main beach of Las Cucharas with its bars, shops and restaurants.

The villa has large split-level sun terraces, an 8 x 4 m swimming pool and a patio with built-in barbecue and a dining area.

The villa is on two levels. On the lower level is the lounge with satellite TV (limited channels), DVD and stereo, a fully equipped separate kitchen, off which is a utility room and drying area. There is one double bedroom which has two double beds and two twin bedrooms, with two bathrooms.

On the upper level is the master bedroom with en suite bathroom and a separate small living room, with its own TV. Patio doors lead onto the balcony and roof terrace.
In addition to the above features, Villa Eileen has a CD player, full oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and safe.

Service

Maid cleaning once a week with a towel change mid week. Additional cleaning available at an extra cost. Towels and Bed linen are supplied with exception to Beach Towels.
