About the property

Villa Jessica is a spacious private villa in central Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote, Villa Jessica is approximately a 5 minute stroll the Beach, shops, bars and restaurants. It is a 15 min stroll to the old town of Puerto del Carmen, with its harbour area.

The villa is on two levels. On the upper level is the open plan fully equipped kitchen and dining area with superb sea views. This leads to the lounge, which also has excellent views of the sea and Fuerteventura. There are two bedrooms, one double and one twin, with balconies looking over the pool and a shared bathroom.

On the lower level there is a games room with access to the pool through double doors. On this level there is a also a twin bedroom and bathroom as well as a small bedroom with bunk beds suitable for 2 children or teenagers.

There is a pool with poolside shower and secluded garden with high walls for privacy, sun terraces and shaded eating areas. There is also a purpose built barbecue.

Smoking is not permitted in doors. Smoking is permitted in Patio/Balcony areas etc.

All our villas are managed by a resident Property Management Company who will be on hand to answer any queries you may have or provide any necessary assistance.

Fri,Sat and Sun arrivals are visited by the management company on Monday 10am-12 Noon approx.

Mon - thurs arrivals will be visited on the morning after you arrive. 10am-12 Noon approx.
