InteriorThe Villa is bright and spacious and furnished to a high standard. On entering the Villa you come through the hall into the living area which consists of a living room and dining area with its high ceilings and wall to wall windows and doors overlooking the Pool and Patio area. The Villa has a separate kitchen with dining area which is fully equipped with all modern appliances and utensils. Off the kitchen there is a TV Room with Sliding Doors out to the Pool. Five Bedrooms: Two Double Bedrooms. The Master Bedroom with ensuite both bedrooms have Sliding Doors looking out over the pool and patio area. There are Three Twin bedrooms and two family Bathroom. The Villa has a large Sun Terrace with Dining area which has open and covered areas for shade. The Pool contains a Jacuzzi. There is a Barbeque and Poolside Shower. Off street parking for two cars, accessible by electric gates. ServiceMaid cleaning once a week with a towel change mid week. Additional cleaning
available at an extra cost. Towels and Bed linen are supplied with exception
to Beach Towels. Features
