Casa Blanca is situated in central Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote. Casa Blanca is approximately a 5 minute stroll the beach, shops, bars and restaurants and is 15 minutes by foot to the old town of Puerto del Carmen, and its harbour area.

The villa is built on three levels. Leading from the entrance hall there is a fully equipped kitchen/sitting room with a balcony looking over the pool area. On this level there are also two bedrooms, one twin bedroom and one double, and a bathroom.

On the top level there is a master bedroom with its own bathroom, and a balcony looking out over the pool with sea views. There is also a very large and private sun terrace on this level, perfect for sunbathing.

On the lower level there is a twin bedroom ensuite and a games room with a dart board and pool table leading out on to a patio area. Steps lead up to the pool and sun terrace where the barbeque and dining area can be found. There is a twin bedroom ensuite.

It has off street car parking for 2 cars.

Smoking indoors is not permitted. Smoking is permitted in pool/patio/BBQ/Balcony areas etc.

All our villas are managed by a resident Property Management Company who will be on hand to answer any queries you may have or provide any necessary assistance.

Friday ,Saturday and Sunday arrivals are visited by the management company on Monday 10am-12 Noon approx.

Monday - Thursday arrivals will be visited on the morning after you arrive. 10am - 12 Noon approx.
